About the Chef
Bruce Wing earned his degrees in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts at the Art Institute of Houston and Harris County Community College programs respectively. He interned as a private Chef for a prominent Houston family, with a German Master Baker in a wholesale bakery operation, and finally with an English Chef who operated a French Bistro and Chocolate Factory. Creating classic European Pastries & Desserts is Bruce's second career: formerly selling medical capital equipment and network switches in sales and management capacities. Bruce and his wife Kristen relocated to Idaho in 2010 to enjoy the climate, wildlife and geography. Bruce grew up in ND, WY, CO, KS, NJ, NY and then Texas for the bulk of his career.
